Positions available

Architect

The Architectural Associate will form part of the IXA team in conceptualization, design and preparation for various architectural procedures. The Architectural Associate should possess good design flair and be able to communicate fluently. Candidates shall have a high level of proficiency in essential practice software. Prior experience of using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software such as Archicad, as well as understanding of local building regulations and submission procedures will be an advantage.

Technical Officer

The Technical Officer will be responsible for the preparation of various architectural drawings and compliance checks. Candidates shall have a good knowledge of the local building regulations, codes and submission procedures. In addition, good experience in the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM), Archicad is necessary. We welcome candidates who have a minimum educational qualification of Polytechnic diploma, ITE or equivalent.

Architectural Intern
