
BLOCKS IN RUBATO
This revitalization project for the office centers on a peripheral green area that combines both rugged and soft landscaping elements. The interplay between lush vegetation and solid concrete showcases the inherent beauty of these materials in their natural state. An arrangement of concrete blocks unites the green space, akin to the principal melody in a musical composition, forming a harmonious arrangement of shared areas along a central curve. The green zone and concrete blocks gracefully encircle each communal area, enveloping the spaces to establish a comfortable setting for individuals to unwind and find repose. Sunlight dances into the office interiors, enhancing the day-to-day work experience, thereby enhancing the mood and overall productivity of the staff.
THE ELEMENTS
The Elements redefine the working environment with the principles of Connecting People, Embracing Nature. The brief calls for five elements of Fengshui as the the main theme. With the play of materiality and spatial experience, it is designed in a way that forms inspired from nature, thereby to achieve a healthier and inspiring office environment to enhance both mental and physical wellness of the workers even in the hectic working culture.
REIMAGINING VOID DECKS
This social service project aims to better utilize commonly neglected void desk spaces, while creating a shared space for residents. The space may only be 238 square meter on area, but can perform over 1000 square meter in function. It incorporates with furniture which are highly flexible, multi-purpose and able to evolve to the needs of the community. It is an open platform for residents to come together and foster a stronger communal spirit amongst Singaporeans.

OFFICE INTERIOR, SINGAPORE
The Break-Out Area is where employees can have discussions over coffee. This area is designed out of a tight 5x4m space that serves as the main entrance of the office. Therefore, the curved sofa and oval-shaped bar table were designed to embrace the natural pedestrian flow.
CENTER FOR BANKING STUDIES LIBRARY, CAMBODIA
This is a 3-storey library in one of our completed tertiary campus in Cambodia. The communal stairs provides a central area for socializing, performing, gathering, learning in a very flexible and amphitheater-like setting. This forms the heart of the school library. A vibrantly colored spiral stairs forms a key feature to the library, with expanded metal sheets of striking colors.
CHINESE FINE DINING @ SINGAPORE FLYER
The design actualizes the exquisite atmosphere of oriental fine dining through the play of atmosphere and lighting that will have diners coming back just to experience different theme spaces.
IXA OFFICE, TRIVEX
Contrary to expectations of an ordinary design office, stepping into IX Architects is akin to entering a treehouse replete with lush plants and naturally hewned tree trunks.
NATIONAL LIBRARY OFFICE: HOT DESK ZONE
The use of large "format prints"as a backdrop gives the illusion of the outdoor nature in an enclosed basement office setting . The concept of "hot desking" is being experimented & redefined . The flexible workstations takes the form of cafe/lounge setting that encourages interaction and also private workspaces in forms of cubicles & booths.

Light well within the working space creates a more relaxing mood to the users.
NATIONAL COUNCIL OF SOCIAL SERVICES (NCSS)
A new office and training centre for National Council of Social Service. Upon entering, the dynamic gallery and reception area provides an attractive proposition to those contemplating a career in community service.

This design concept is to reform an existing low budget hotel to a sophisticated look, and fully utilise the common space to enhance visual connectivity and social activities.
KUANG CHEE TNG TEMPLE
Our touch on this sacred space is sensitive and subtle, with a sole intent of celebrating the traditional motifs of the original temple.

A flower with 5 petals around a central hub conjoined by colorful enclosures formed with pvc pipes, creates a stunning visual treat that makes the library an fun experience for families.

The design is intentionally to widen up the space visually by introducing the detached elements to breakthrough the rigidness of typical cubic. With integration of mirror panels, the proportion of the space has been extended.
LIBRARY IN OFFICE BUILDING, PHNOM PENH
A library for a government office building that serves as a knowledge centre for its employees and also a place for quiet discussions. Despite being an office library, it has a connection with the external green.

The nature inspired theme for the library permeates the entire first level. Located in a quiet neighbourhood with a tranquil quality, the design aims to enhance the sense of calm by injecting natural elements.
CHEE CHUNG HUAY CLINIC, SINGAPORE
The interior design is characterized by the fenestration screen with a play of lights and shadows. The TCM clinic space incorporates soothing hue, materials and greenery, to give the visitors a calm and conducive experience.

The polygonal ceiling extends all the way to the floor in the lounge, breaking the irregularity of the space and creating an innovative atmosphere for ideas to flourish.
